Good thing everyone knows you're stupid & no one cares what an uneducated hillbilly thinks because it's always b.s. There was a tiny smattering of voter fraud in the 2020 election that was not even close to widespread enough to have changed the outcome in any state. While a minuscule number of people – some of them Trump supporters – voted illegally by doing such things as sending in a ballot for a deceased relative, voting twice or voting while prohibited because of a felony record, there was no sign that anyone created “a lot of phony ballots” in this election or any other recent federal election. David Becker, founder and executive director of the Center for Election Innovation & Research, a nonpartisan nonprofit, called Trump’s claim “100% false.” Becker said in a message to CNN on Wednesday: “All ballots have a variety of security measures that make it nearly impossible for anyone to simply print them up and have them counted.” “Even if someone attempting fraud could produce an exact duplicate of a type of the hundreds of thousands of different ballot types in any national election, which is very unlikely, the ballot would still need to be returned by a registered voter who hadn’t otherwise voted, and the signature and/or driver’s license number would have to match what is on file, ” Becker said “I talk to election officials all the time, all over the country, Rs and Ds, and in my 25 years working in this space I don’t recall hearing of any effort to create phony ballots in ANY election. It would be about the dumbest crime one could commit – zero chance it works and close to 100% chance you get caught and go to prison.” Trump previously delivered wild conspiratorial claims about unnamed people having supposedly “dumped” phony Biden votes into the 2020 totals in the middle of the night. Those stories, too, were wholly imaginary. Biden’s position improved late on Election Night in some states simply because ballots from legal mail-in voters and legal urban voters, both of which tended to favor Democrats, were counted as normal.

Hi Riverlea community! I have been running on the Olentangy Trail that goes by the Riverlea community, on an almost daily basis for many years. It was a few years ago that I noticed two signs, one at the corner of the Rt. 161 bridge at the Rt. 315 north exit & the other about an 1/8 mile south of the pedestrian bridge that goes over the river & into Riverlea. This sign says, "In memory of Bo Orahood & Debbie DeBrular - Team Riverlea". I was shocked when I realized that Debbie DeBrular was the same girl who was my girlfriend where we both grew up on the east side of Cleveland! I went to Willoughby South High School, and Debbie went to my Eastlake North High School. She was my prom date! We dated off & on until we both came to Columbus to go to school (me to OSU, she to CCAD) & we eventually went or separate ways. I have always been curious about these signs dedicating this section of the trail to Debbie & Bo. I know they were married & died in a small plane crash, but did Debbie live in Riverlea? Does anyone remember her? What is Team Riverlea? I have been meaning to ask this for a long time, so if anyone knows anything about this, please feel free to email me at [email protected] Thank you!

My father passed away unexpectedly Sunday 8/23/2020 on his way home from Cincinnati. He was almost home when he had a flat tire. During the process of changing the tire he collapsed, presumedly from a heart attack. Dad had multiple forms of identification on his person however the Franklin county coroner stated that he needed to be positively identified because he was alone at the time of death. I can understand the reasoning but the identification process took 3 ½ weeks to complete. To me this lengthy process was unwarranted and extremely frustrating. I had family in from out of state with expectations of a timely funeral but that could not happen due to the lengthy identification process. My father’s wishes were to be cremated but if he would have wanted a classic funeral then we could not have honored that due to his condition after that long wait. I feel that this was disrespectful to my father who by the way, had served this country in the United States Army. I sincerely hope that changes might be considered to the identification process so no one else will have to go through the same heartache.

Does anyone remember when they (Glen Hylton and his buddies) turned a greased pig loose at graduation? Or was it Prom? I believe it was graduation. That was great! No one could cached it because it was covered with grease. Wonder what ever happened to the pig... and where did they get the pig....
